Couplers have many applications in telecommunication devices and measuring devices. Most of these coupler hybrid structures, which are divided by 3 dB (half power) with a phase difference of 90 and 180 degrees, have a narrow bandwidth. But today, there are many applications for broadband and ultra-broadband devices, so the design and synthesis of these couplers for high bandwidths is proposed.
